Bluetooth fail on 07 Spur need help choosing aftermarket unit

Probably popular question but with technology constantly advancing I wanted to know if there is a easy functional option for 07 Bentley that would allow me to keep my cd changer and add Bluetooth to car.
Obviously my cell phone doesn't function with oem system and I am tired of ear bud conversations. Would love to stream music Bluetooth too.
When I sync my handheld to car now it just doesn't work. Shame really but in 2008 the system got changed and works the way it should.
Appreciate any help to fix oem crappy system or aftermarket (non fm) tuner options. Those things are pretty bad.

thank you

AFAIK, the easiet way is through cd changer.

I've seen way to connect at the back of factory radio to add a Denison BT device at the Phaton forum but that method is relative challenging.

Keep CD changer and add Bluetooth, not possible even with the stock Bentley solution. i have the stock USB adapter, Dice and a Stinger / direct analog input. The later two eliminate the CD changer. If you're willing to eliminate the CD changer and use it's analog input, you can then implement a wide variety of aftermarket options. FM radio-type adapters are a compromise in sound quality yet work.
