Problem with Rear Seat Entertainment system (RSE)

I have Flying Spur W12 2014 year!

They made me update software in car and changed my tv tuner from analog to digital, then the remote control option to turn the rear monitor stands are not active, and inputs usb, hdmi and CD on the back seat is not working!
Does anyone know how to make it active to turn back the monitors?
Are they forgot to include any cable or soft handle this?
Thank you.

Thanks for service Bentley Bucharest.
As far as I understand option for activate rear screen is greyed on remote control (please see picture attached). If this is indeed your problem, easyest option is to remove trim pannel located beneath steering wheel ( you have to pull it outside gentle in order not to damage leather trim) and reveal fusebox. With key out of ignition switch you have to remove fuse 22 for about one minute and refit it back (see picture with fuse which need to be pulled out in second picture). Then switch ignition on or start engine and wait for about one more minute for RSE picture on remote to became active, than you can operate rear screen as usual.
