Suspension question !!!
Suspension question !!!
I took the car to get a inspection. I told the guys that I had to be in Jack mode before they lifted it up. I showed them how to do it and they stated they would make sure it gets done correctly. Now after I picked the car up the Suspension is acting differently. first the suspension button in the car that changes from comfort to sport is orange when previously I am pretty certain was white of course I'm talking about at night when the interior lights are on . Now when I get out of the car and hit the lock button on my key FOB either the back or the front suspension lets out air and lowers almost like the car is tryIng to make it self level . the car did not do this previously. For example I park on an incline with the front end of the car higher than the rear. When I hit the lock button after I park the front end lets out air and comes down. I don't know if this is normal for the car to try to self level it self, it doesn't seem like a bad idea it's just very odd how my car never did this before. But after they put up on the lift putting it in Jack mode it now does this . I would appreciate any feedback it's very odd
This 'hissing' of air after locking the car is normal, though not sure if it is trying to level or is just something the car does when you lock it.
....I don't see the year and model of your car. Mine is 10Speed...nothing you mention seems very out of order....when mine goes from normal to sport it is orange...my trunk has peculiarity if parked on steep downhill the automatic trunk closer will not close...guess each car has own personality...JimB
