Check Engine Light - Camshaft Position Sensor B Bank 1

HI,

I recently got this an check engine light:

16751 - Camshaft Position Sensor B Bank 1 (G300)
P0367 - 001 - Signal too Low

The manual says I need to remove engine to fix this? Is this true? Any help?

Hi Lilo.

I had both Bank A sensors changed a couple of years ago.
The main dealer told me it was an engine out job but that same week I discovered my trusty Indie. He changed both sensors in two and a half hours and didn't need to remove the engine.
Hopefully the Bank B will be accessible too.
Good luck.

Les.

Thanks Les!

That's good news that it is replaceable without engine out!

It seems like my error is caused by my fusetap in one of the fuses at the trunk. Upon removing the fuse tap, the error code did not come back.

VCDS is very helpful!
