Hi guys,
I got a bently flyingspur, the bonnet wouldn’t secure and keep on falling. It’s a real pain. Does anyone have any solution to help out?

 

There are 4 struts/shocks that hold it open and give you a nice soft close, sounds like at least one of those has failed and needs replaced. If memory serves me correctly one pair of those shocks is relatively inexpensive (Part Number 3W0823475BP, 50-60 USD each), where as the other pair are costly (I think I paid 300 USD+ each from Scuderiaparts).
