How to remove belt tension from tensioner to replace serpentine belt

I just got a new serpentine belt for my 06 Continental GT. How do you remove the tension from the tensioner? I see 2 13mm bolts, a 16mm that bolts the the block and a hex bolt on the pulley. Which is used to remove tension? Thanks in advance.

The tensioner hex you have ringed.
I have put a new belt on my Bentley.. through the space created when you remove the bonnet bash plate..narrow but doable.. just.. but wanted to get a socket/spanner on the tensioner to compress it and complete the job. Being a bit ahead of myself I didn’t measure the hex size with the belt not there (idiot) and it’s not easy to get in there at all.
Is it a 22mm or 24mm.
Kind regards
