I have a 2010 Bentley Brooklands Coupe and although I can get my Blackberry Key2 to connect to the Bentley the privacy phone displays "Disconnected" and doesn't ask for my SIM pin. I've tried reinstalling several times, but with no success. My Blackberry is inoperative when connected to the Bentley, which is what I'd expect, but without connecting to the privacy phone I'm unable to make or receive calls. Is there an upgrade for the Bentley system that I'm unaware of?

I can see the phone is connected to the vehicle, why cant you make or receive calls, is the bluetooth not connected via the car to make hands free calls, check the infortainment system to connect the bluetooth ...
