Now I have on car R22 30/265 and it is nightmare to drive, looking for a comfortible ride so decided to buy R19 rims and put 275/50 tyres. Question does it fit in car wheel arch?

If your current rough riding tires fit in the wells as you like, then use the tire calculator to get close to the size in 19's.
