Bad News for my GT

That sounds like badly worn bushes to me. There is no way that a Bentley should sound like that.
It's possible that it is subframe mounting bushes rather than suspension 'pivot' bushes which are making that noise.
@Samhain is correct: there are no springs - just the air strut.

No he wasn't, he actually made the point that he wasn't trying to buy it when he was recommending I sell it. It was parked in the exact same spot I left it in, I wonder if he even looked at it.

So as a test I placed my GT air struts into high and I can tell it raised up. I have left it like that for over a day now and so far they all look good. I am not seeing any of the sides any lower. To me, that tells me the struts are good or if there is a leak it's small. Does that make sense?

He stated that they had no air and I was riding on the springs. Noise is hard to explain, I don't expect it to ride as smooth as a RR but I do hear enough squeaking when going over rougher roads. It's not soo rough that it's jarring but not as quiet or smooth as I would have expected over mildly rough roads. He also said it looked like someone had been racing it, not sure if that's from seeing over revs or if it was just more of a general statement based on what he was seeing. The reason I brought it in was the noise didn't sound normal but its not enough where i was concerned and i don't see any error lights related to air suspension and things seem to rise and lower normally. I didn't check it after letting it sit all night so perhaps there is a small leak
Honestly, this doesn't make any sense. If you have a true air strut leak, the car settles down like the lowest low-rider you've seen, the dash has a scary "DO NOT DRIVE RIDE HEIGHT" red message, if you try to drive, your front wheels will scrape/bend the wheel wells when and if you turn. Ask me how I know?
I honestly think you took it to the wrong shop.
Take it to Fluid Motor Union, they are honest and know their stuff. I had my front struts changed there, as well as an engine-out service. I trust them.

Here's when my struts died. It was my own damn fault, I told the detail shop to "really get up in there" with the power sprayer since I had driven in salt. They killed the seals, both air struts failed within days of getting it back from the best undercarriage clean in the world. Oops.

I receive that error message when I put my Bentley in 'jack mode'. What does it mean?
#25
It means that the car can't make sense of the data it is receiving from the 4 level sensors, usually caused by an air strut failure that causes one side of the car to sink.
If you drive the car for 15 seconds or so after using jack mode it should go away as the level sensors report in with valid data.

Sometimes it’s just the brass looking connector that takes the air pipe to the strut that leaks .The other side drops as the computer tries to level out .
A simple reseal is all that’s necessary.
This is what a good honest specialist would do .Air struts are found in Range rovers ,Merc s and other high end VAG cars .
The problem with a Bentley dealer there system will not have something so simple as replace / re tighten a o ring .
But it will have change out the whole unit ……unfortunately and the techs (end of month bonus hunting ) will be eagle eyed in terms of “ while we are in there “:……the suspension bushes = new arms etc etc on top of a pair of struts .
A pair even though only one is faulty .
The DIY ers on this group would spray soapy water around the connectors and other parts to identify the leak(s) and go from there .
Obviously a busted bag tends to drop immediately and never rise up the pumps continuously running and either overheats so cuts out with a thermal overload , fuse blows or indeed knackers burns out .
I think you can even buy the brass looking connectors separate on e bay if it’s that .It’s just a slow leak is normally just a joint that needs attention. Not the whole front suspension needing replacement.
Anyhow please tell us what Bentley say ?
