first post since joining so apologies if this needs to be on a separate thread.

I have a 2008 Bentley GTC, has OEM stereo and hands free / Bluetooth etc, all working fine with both my iPhones connected. Today I made a call and the sound for the hands free was tinny and low, just about hearing the call.

any ideas as the stereo works fine just all of a sudden the sound for calls has gone, also no sound for pic either. Have plugged up to diagnostics and not faults coming up on infotainment or pdc, all very strange
