Guide to removing front and rear flying spur bumper?

Hi can anyone provide me with instructions on removing / installing both front and rear bumpers on 2008 bentley flying spur?

i did a search but saw a few short blurbs but nothing concise

The could br a slight difference in the very corner of the bar with an extra screw

Thank you this is great, I forgot about that video. Does anyone have instructions for the rear bumper?
