hi,
I have issue with overheating when we go test drive
but if u keep in start engine like 1-2 hours there is no issue, and also if keep in gear there was no issues
can some one know what's the fault.
there is a DTC p0544 egt fault code

Hello @Niyaz ,
I take it that the engine is NOT actually overheating, it's just a warning on the dash, what is the temperature gauge at when the warning comes on ?
The EGT sensor fault is what usually causes the false overheating warning, there are 2 egt sensors, 1 to each exhaust manifold, the probes go into the exhaust manifolds, the actual fault occurs in each of the black boxes that reside on each valve cover, some replace the complete unit, others have replaced just the circuit board inside the box.
And it is the right side (sitting in the vehicle) sensor that causes the overheating warning, left side facing the engine from the front.
See this thread.

I thought engine is tempreture is good
when car on the road just in 4/5 km after it goes 120c.
What year is your Flying Spur ?
The 2006 has the electric heating element fitted thermostat, which would have a 100°C / 212°F opening temperature, but the electric heating element opens it faster, part # 07D 121 111 AL, superceded to 07D 121 111 AQ,
sometime in 2007 the engine got the thermostat WITHOUT the electric heating element, and it's temperature is 87°C / 188°F opening, part # 07D 121 111 AR, this AR is the thermostat that was in a 2008 engine I broke down, and is the same that is in my 2011 Supersports engine, and my coolant temperature stays at 202°F, (94.44°C) as shown in my picture.
120°C / 248°F is to hot, even if your local temperature is 33°C / 91°F outside, at 120°C you are in the red zone, SO, you actually have a overheating problem along with the egt P0544 code, as with the egt fault and false warning of overheating, you can see that the actual temperature is still at 90°C as shown in the attached picture.
Can you give us a full scan, do you have Ross-Tech VCDS or VAS 5054 ?
Have you checked for both fans operating, checked the coolant level when cold ?
