Hi guys

The tailgate on my Bentayga doesnt lift on its own with either the remote key fob or pressing the button myself, it unlocks fine, but it just sits until I give it a little help then it opens up, it closes fine when pushing the close button on the tailgate.

Whats likely to be the cause? The help is as if I’m lifting it a tiny amount to clear the latch or something, the struts seem ok but cant be sure, but it doesn’t pop open like it should.

I believe the vehicle was wrapped prior to my ownership so maybe something isn’t refitted 100% as factory intended?

What should I be looking for please?
