Can you step back and give us a wider view of the full wheel, as that is not a 2005 Bentley GT wheel.
Johnny - you are right - it is no Bentley factory release - checked the documentation of the car i received from previous owner - probably he wanted 20" and it was not available (only 19 - just speculating) and he decide to buy something nice from 3rd pty market. As this thread does not refers to bentley suggest to delete it.
I think you will find the bolts are dummy. Get a nice non -metallic pry bar designed for interior panel removal. The center should snap in/out. My Mulliner centers look similar and the larger hub cover and the B logo both snap in. The hub cover is two-piece.
Be gentle but it should just release.
Edit - on closer look there is one bolt that holds the cap on as well as friction. This is common on wheels like yours that have 'spokes.' The one 'real bolt is used to orient the 'spokes' in the center cap with the actual spokes. Judging from what I see in the pix I would say that the one at 6 o'clock is the one that is real. Remove that and then pry gently.
