ContinentalGT05 is infamous around these parts
CGT 05 AC compressor replace
Hi. The compressor needs replacing. Is this an engine drop item or is there a work around ?

I had one tech say to drop the engine, another said remove front bumper and coolant pack and can get access to the compressor. do you agree ?

Tech 2 is correct. Attached photo is as he stated. The a/c refrigerant compressor is circled in red.
