Hi all,

Purchased a new Bentley Continental GT (2022) last week.

Apple Car play works (wired), but doesnt seem to be activated wirelessly. Is this a fault or does the car not come compatible with wireless Apple car play? (thought it was a standard on all models post-2019).

My 2020 Bentayga has wired only CarPlay but the continental GT was updated in 2019. So you're right it should have wireless CarPlay, along with the new Flying Spur and Bentayga.

 

Would be great to know if anyone has solved this issue. It might be a configuration quick fix from my phone settings. I rented a GT in UAE a few months ago to try before purchasing the car and it did have wireless carplay. was told it was a standard...

Until the issue is fixed, you can purchase a wireless CarPlay adapter. It's really useful.
