I read more and post less. Been more active on 2 other sites but now just 1 and decided to check some posts here as I am looking at buying something. I also PM'd you Johnny.
Only happens near the end of wheel travel (full steering wheel rotation).
It also happens turning right too but after the full left wheel turn (18s mark) and only for a few degrees of steering wheel rotation.
I would try 2 additional things as you said that it ONLY happens at low speeds:
Does it did it stationary?
If you live in an ice location, try it turning on ice to reduce friction
if not, try it on wet concrete
also on dry.
Since it happens at the end of wheel travel, I would specific something with the replacement rubber or urethane components as the suspension loads change as the wheel angle is changed.

It might seem simple, but check that the droplinks for the sway bar have not been put on backwards. If they are on the wrong way round, they will rub at close to full lock. This is what they should look like - the silver thing is the droplink and the solid part is towards the back of the car like in the photo in the very bottom left.

Hello guys here is an update relevant to what Johnny said
The car was lifted up on a platform and the noise remained.
I had the noise occurring after the suspension airmatic dropped and had to replace it with an aftermarket shocks in addition to control arms and bushes ...(would that be a reason?)
I found the closest observation close to what Johnny said, there is a serious damage to the inside of the wheel, I asked the guy to fix the alignment he said he did it yet the noise keeps coming, what would be the reason if after alignment the noise remains
Could it be that when I changed the control arms and bushes something was installed improperly? Or is it really the wheel alignment being messed up?
@Gt414 ,
Please post a picture of your wheels.
Are your wheels solid one piece, or 2 / 3 piece wheels ?
Jason @Bentley Tech NC says that if you have 2 piece wheels like the Mulliners, the wheels themselves may be the source of the noise, as he has had that in the past.
I wonder if when they changed the control arms they tightened them up when the suspension was hanging down, instead of at the proper angles as specified? This would put the bushes in a bind and might cause a noise especially when the wheel is turned hard one way or the other.
Why is it that these threads always die before there is any resolution. This becomes very frustrating because without knowing how the problem was resolved the whole thread is useless for anyone else suffering from the same problem. People come here for help and then never post to the fix-Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Hello Guys here is an update in addition to 5 pictures if the car suspension components and wheels as requested previously
Alignment Done - Noise still there
Suspension Ball Joint changed- Noise still there
lubricant oil applied to suspension- noise slightly reduce but still there
my mechanic says my control arms and bushes need all be changed as fheyre slightlty broken, however ive only had them changed when 12 months ago and that literally when the noise problems happened it occurred immediately after changing these parts along with the airmatics...
As to the noise, you did not respond to what @09Speed stated, and being that you now say the noise started upon replacement of those parts, it is very likely that the control arms were not installed correctly, meaning, in the correct position, they are to be installed and tightened in the position as if the vehicle was planted on the ground with the suspension loaded, if the were tightened in the hanging down position, then upon loading the weight of the vehicle on the suspension, the bushings get torn, then become loose with play, and if your technician is telling the control arms are bad already, then that leads to improper installation last time.
