The ultrasonic sensors and their control module is located in the front overhead console of your 2014 FS, the two rectangular pieces with the cloth mesh covering, are not microphones as I had kind of thought, they are ultrasonic sensors for the motion detection part of the alarm system, so, if you believe that someone has been in the overhead console for some reason, or had the headliner down, this is the first place I would check for proper connections.
Thank you @Johnny Hotspur GT this is very helpful information. One of the 2014 Spurs we sold at our dealership P7autofirm.com possibly has a faulty motion sensor. Three minutes after locking the car the alarm starts going off. When we ran a vadcom scan it lead us to the interior motion sensor.
