Bentley GTC 2009 Maintenance during storage

Hi all, first time posting on this forum.

Would like to seek some advice on how to maintain my car while it is laid up (I.e, I cannot drive on public roads, so only at low speed and mostly being stored for a few months).
I understand that the battery will be drained if not driven at high speeds? How do I maintain it? Do I drive the car at low speed once a week?
I bought a CTEK portable charger but not sure if I’m using it correctly. The centre reaches solid white and the small circle flickers but goes off power after 30 mins, despite full charge.
Recently my window didn’t work and thankfully my mechanic found the culprit being a fuse blown - but why did it even occur? Voltage issues?
Also, if I am towing it on a flatbed with all wheels on a ramp, do I need to activate jack mode?
Many thanks in advance.

The CTEK should maintain the battery without any driving. But I'm not familiar with that model of CTEK.

No need for jack mode if the weight of the car is on all 4 wheels.
