Interior Leather Refurb

Dear all
I am located in Florida and have a white 2010 Bentley Continental Speed with an interior color spec "Linen - MHD LN"
The car has done around 75,000miles and the interior (especially the driver's seat) is showing signs of wear - nothing serious - it just looks a bit tired
Does anyone have a cream / dye that they would recommend to improve the condition of my interior leather
Thanks to all
Camaz

Look up Furniture Clinic in the UK. They have some YT videos of maintenance etc. I think they colour match dyes to Bentley colour codes.....I am about to order the Saddle colours to try and repair my seats.

I’m currently in the middle of re-dyeing parts of my Magnolia/Spruce interior.

I’m using another UK based supplier, LCD (Leather Colour Doctor) which is operated by a company called Carbusonic.

To do it properly, you’re going to have to spend some time and have quite a bit of patience. It’s a multistage process which is a bit daunting at first but it’s worth sticking to as the results I’ve got so far are damn near perfect! It involves stripping off the clear top coat which seals the colour into the hide, then creating a surface on the ‘naked’ leather for the new dye to bond to, then reapplying a top coat mixed with a cross linking agent to provide extra durability.

If you’re hoping to wipe over some magic product and get it looking like new again, you’re gonna be disappointed. I think my car was subjected to a quick, cheap interior respray to get it sold; this didn’t become apparent until I came to give the leather a good deep-clean and the colour started washing off!

Mines magnolia too. Had it for 14 years. Leather seats always been a disappointment. The colour seems to rub off far too easily for such so called high end leather.

Thought I'd post a few photos of my progress so far in case anyone else was thinking of refreshing their interior. Bear in mind I'm a total novice and never done any kind of leather refurbishment before. Here's what you can achieve....

What incredible results, Dan. You must be very pleased after all your hard work.

Thanks for sharing, as I'm sure it will encourage others who need to refurbish their interiors to tackle the issues and work through the different stages to get results similar to those you have achieved.

Well done!
