And sick E39 wagon BTW; I didn't even know BMW offered them with MTs.

Thanks! Yeah, I actually bought it from a dealer in Colorado because it was exactly what I was looking for. Needless to say, they're aren't many floating around from which to choose. Another plus for the wagon is the original owner ordered it without wood trim, which, believe it or not, is even more rare:

No rubbing at all. When I ordered the wheels, I asked HRE what their typical rear offset for an e46 M3 was with 10.5s, then went 8mm more aggressive as I was planning on a slight stretch in the back with a 275. That, combined with the incredibly-stiff H&R coilovers at full drop (i.e. very little suspension travel) and the car has never rubbed. But yes, the rear fenders are slightly rolled.
