Wife and her best friend finally decided on what cars to get - this is after ordering a Bentley and then cancelling it, ordering a CLS and then cancelling it. But they are set on getting 6 series convertibles - my wife wants white and her friend wants silver. Her husband and I are just shaking her heads but wanted to get a heads up on the going rate on these cars (avg % of MSRP).

We are would like to find cars local (Dallas) just because saving a couple of dollars out of state usually ends up in a wash once you consider shipping.

It depends a lot on the supply and demand in your particular area. Based on what I've heard from other members I wouldn't pay more than 1-1.5K$ over invoice although they options can add up rather quickly, and are often harder to negotiate. Some dealers were not budging from MSRP when the cars first came out. six series pricing has all the MSRP's and some individual experiences.
