Any M3 CSLs in the US?

I know the E46 M3 CSLs are for Europe, but are there any in the US?
I saw one in a cars and coffee video, but that could have been a fake.

I think BMW didn't want to give up any CSLs for crash testing, that's why the CSL M3 never made it into the US.

Yeah, that happens with rare cars, because the DOT needs to destroy three. IIRC, the problem was with the lightweight rear bits - the trunk lid and trunk floor were changed from metal to carbon fiber and cardboard, respectively.
