wow... RMS? as i recall there were some real nightmares with their software, with tragic results.
i'll let someone else play guinea pig for a few thousand miles and see what happens. hopefully they've straightened things out.

Very interesting. So can they expound on the details as to what was done to the E39 M5.
It sounds like a great project but would really love details to explain how they were able to put down 800 rwhp.

Agreed, I had a little more then half the power in y ex M3, yet would be spinning through 1st, 2nd into 3rd with 11" bbs's and good tires...
On the other hand RMS is literally around the corner from me and I was sort of intrested in having them work on one of my cars but after all the bad things I've heard from every direction I decided not to deal with Osh. I saw the petition with 640+ signatures from people who have been screwed by them so that pretty much nailed the coffin shut on the idea of having them touch my car. See for yourself.

I was totally uninformed regarding this shop, RMS. The things I've read just now are a total nightmare. This shop sounds like serious bad news.
Saw the petition with 646 signatures.
This brings into question their claims of hp made. It would go along with all bogus claims.

I have more respect for a slower faster car out the box, than an old car on pump juice. I'm sure an E60 M5 owner won't even look to his right to see this old M5, because he is driving a better newer version. Besides, if you count on cars for how fast you can make them, I can promise you that a 1000 civic with some turbos can beat both of them. So...
