Hey guys,

in your opinion, what is a good price to buy a 2001-02 Z3 M Coupe with 30k or less miles for?

I'm looking into getting one but it seems like they're so rare on the market

 

From what I have seen, you are going to be looking at the low to mid 20's, if you can find one...period. If you find one with less than 30k miles, I wouldn't be surprised if it was high 20's to even low 30's. It is an enthusiasts car, so the person that has one, probably knows how special the car is, and likely isn't going to let it go cheap.

The M coupes are not common cars, but the car you are talking about is VERY rare, as only 690 were made in 2001 and 2002 (combined) with the S54 engine.

I saw one listed in San Diego a while ago for 22-23K, but I want to say it had 60-70k miles...but don't quote me on the mileage.

I LOVE that car. Search for Atan888 and M-coupe on here as I know he has/had a beautiful estoril blue one that was SICK!!

Something to consider, if your budget allows it..mid 20s for a nice low mileage M coupe is about right. However, people are picking up 06-07 M Coupes for low 30s some with CPOs as well. For 5k more, get a car 6 years newer and most likely more reliable!

 

haha thanks guys. I'm praying that i'll be able to find one soon for a good price. Any suggestions on other enthusiast cars for a mid 20k range?
