You won't have a problem with it, that chassis is been out for a while and they fixed all the bugs out of them the first 4 years.

I had an 07, one of the best cars I have ever owned....by far.
Handled great and was pretty fast for a car of its weight. Impeccable build quality too, all around an amazing luxury sedan.
