Hey Alex I haven't forgotten. I'm really ictching to get started with the GT3RS.
I have good plans for her.
This was a loose plan with the new M5. I really missed driving it and had kept a wandering eye for one around the country. This came up and had to pounce. I even drove a Dinan M5 stroker that was locak for sale and was not very impressed. Good power was not blown away.
Anyway we'll make the GT3RS whole very soon. Right now the wife I think got the 9mm and is pointing it at my ballz due to the money spent.
I had communicated with Mike at RSS about the Cartronic sequential shifter.

Going by how you described it, sounds like it is/was Audrey's M. Which is the same one that rolls with VR Alex. But that's neither here nor there, I just cant wait to see pics of it. Congrats!

The car was owned by a physician. I know more but will leave it there.

I know all about the declining prices on M5s. I just sold my saph black/black 06 for $46K; loaded, 25k miles, in fantastic condition with just a hair under a full year of warranty/maint left on it. Car was loaded except HUD and Comfort Access. Its not just M5s taking a beating....whatever I gave up on the M5 in value, I made up on the price of 997S purchase
They are great cars save for the gas mileage.
