e46 m3 suspension

Thinking about tracking my daily driver and local indy has a koni/ground control setup he wants to sell cheap it includes full coilovers, sway bars, camber kit for 600; 1000 installed.. im not sure about the spring rates but everything came in a kit from ground control. Is this going to improve what already feels very competent? will it still be driveable on the street on soft settings? right now car is stock except for upgraded rear camber bar and forged 19's running 255's up front and 295's rear.

go with coilovers for sure, but not that setup, get just the camber plates.... i wouldnt trust used suspension who knows how many miles are on it, i went with KWv2, eibach sways, and threw in powerflex FCAB and RTABS while i was at it... the bmw handles rediculously well

i debated spring/shock or coils last fall.... then i rode in 2 cars to compare, and it was night and day

its daily driveable on full soft, but i got mine 6clicks from hard, and its stiff at times

I had a huge issue with the warranty on my KW V3's, I can't recommend them to anyone.

I've been extremely happy with my TC Kline double adjustable coilovers. If you don't track that much, just get the single adjustable ones.

If it is priced that low as used coilover suspension, I would assume it has a lot of miles on it already. As far as comfort, the spring rates and how much you adjust the shocks for compression/rebound will make a big difference in the daily commute.

I went to single adjustable TCKline coilovers 3 years ago and I can assure you the difference with the stock suspension is night and day. The car handles much better and is more comfortable to drive daily. I would never go back to the stock suspension.
