I bought it - it was a little more than my liking as well, but it saves me the $3000 I would have paid to have it wrapped (matches my Z06). The last 09 with NAV/DCT/etc I tried to buy through Manhiem went for 56K with 15K miles, so I figured it was in the ball park considering the HRE's, exhaust, etc....

You really think it was a little high? Have you looked at 09 M3 prices (with NAV, DCT, loaded, etc) with mileage in the 9K range? Unless you prefer stock wheels to HRE's, the stock boot lid to the Vorsteiner, stock exhaust to one that actually sounds good, etc etc.... Maybe it would have been better to buy it for 2K less (with more mileage) through Manheim then add the 25K worth of add on's myself? Next time I will try that... Granted, if I was a BMW dealer it would cost me too much to put things back to a 'stock' level for resale, but thats not my target market.
