E30 V10 vs GT3 RS

M5Board Races all cars in a straight line usually from a rolling start of about 30 miles per hour? I think. They do a nice job though even if it wasnt considered a great comparison. They do this with almost every car out there! Check some of their videos...kinda cool stuff.
E60 V10 in an otherwise almost stock BMW M3 E30.

Just like your comment.........Some guys like to run on the track, other like these guys on a strip and the rest like to sit in a parking lot and talk about what they have on their cars and what they might do.

Not knocking the E30, that's a mighty engine in that little car. I'm also not knocking the straight line race for the Bimmer, that's how they race usually. I just don't understand why the Porsche guy subjected himself to that whipping. He had to know he would lose big, and that a lot would be made of it here and there because of the name and cost of the GT3RS. Who knows, maybe they're buds.
