BMW announced that in July 2009 the BMW M3 Edition Models will be entering the market worldwide. The cars will boast new exterior and interior features, a 10 millimeters (0.4″) lowered chassis and new 19-inch forged M light-alloy wheels in double-spoke design, available in black or classic rim color. The Edition Models production will be limited to only six months.

LOL be nice. These were NOT available in the US. The only special edition M3 for the US was the frozen gray edition which was sold out in a matter of minutes. Unfortunatly I was not one of the people to sell one as my cheap customers wouldnt step up LOL.
