New Pics - My 2011 M3

Finally got a chance to shoot some updated pics, thought it would be worthwhile to show off the minor mods. I've added the OEM performance black kidneys and gills, as well as the carbon splitters and spoiler. In the interior I've replaced my carbon leather trim with the Performance polished carbon trim. The trim was a really easy DIY with interior trim tools, I really recommend it. Beautiful carbon from BMW and OEM quality fit. Really a bargain when you compare to some carbon packages from other manufacturers.

Gorgeous - love the color combo! If it were me, the next mods I'd do on that is a shorter shift **** (you can get an OEM one I believe) and a short shift kit. I had a UUC short shift kit in my 335 and it made an unbelievable difference - you'll love it! After that I'd be done!

Thanks much! If you've checked out these M3's, the biggest issue has been with the balky shifting, particularly from 1-2. I'm going to leave the shifter as is and hope the engagement improves.

I've also got an Alcantara M Performance steering wheel waiting to go in - maybe I'll add some shots after I get it installed. I also might look to powder coat the wheels black before I switch with the snow tires in Spring.

Carbon fiber trim looks awesome in that car, not tacky at all unlike some other cars. Fits the car well. Delicious interior.

Thats funny. I looked long and hard at the S4, even had an order on one. In the end I thought I would be a bit short coming from the 997 and couldn't handle the wait compared to an M3. Quite a bit of price difference though!
