2012 750iL brakes going out ;(

Purchased a 2012 750iL 3mos ago. Soon thereafter my wife mentioned that she thought the brakes were funny and she had to push down hard to stop randomnly. I ignored her and wrote it off as a new car. Until it happened to me last month. Going about 35mph and went to stop at a red light (not suddenly at all) and nothing - no stopping. Brake pedal just went far down. Let go of the pedal then SLAMMED on the brakes and the ABS kicked in.

So took it to the dealer - they drove it for 3 days and it didn't happen. They said it should be fine.

Come to today, wife with 3yr old and 6wk old in the back and went to stop at a red light. Same thing happened. Fortunately no wreck. Had it taken to the dealer where they said they will drive it for a few days.

This is our 4th new BMW and nothing has ever happened like this before. Frustrated that I spent $100K on a car and local dealer is blowing me off.

Has anyone got any ideas???? For safety reasons I'm considering trading it back in or should I talk to the local rep? Love the car just don't want to have the brakes go out at the wrong time

Thanks for any help or referring to another forum for more BMW techy guides.....
