Canadian F10 M5 owners, how much did you pay for freight & PDI?

Dealer send me a quote and on the list the freight & PDI shows $3995. That's just total BS. I wonder if you guys are paying that much. I paid $2295 for M3 back in 2008. Just can't believe they ask that much now.
