Thanks to my good mate once again for hooking me up with a non sunroof headliner for the price of a Pint o Lager.

All packed up...

Confirmed Cut out in the back for the OEM BT Mic.

Ordered a new 3rd Brake light as the current one works but all the rubber is falling off due to heat exposure over the last 9 years. Ordered all new clips etc to install headliner and am very close to ordering some Alcantara too

Pics to come as soon as it gets here in 8-10 days and install. Will be taking more pics of the underside of the OEM CSL roof when the older headliner is off.

The OEM Non Sunroof headliner arrived and the parts to install the BT mic etc all arrived so we set about removing the old sunroof headliner which was falling apart after 10 years.

Removing the Sunroof Headliner begins....

OEM CSL Seat removed to make it easy to remove the old headliner and installed the new non sunroof headliner....

Leo looking on....

Some shots with the old sunroof headliner removed. That is the sound deadening for the OEM CSL roof...

Brand new third break light....

Used Mint Non Sunroof Headliner, thanks to member Im-Somebody, Bargain $300 delivered to Bahrain from the UK.....

OEM BT mic grill and brackets....

Cutout for the above already outlined in the headliner....

Allan Cutting it out and installing the bracket, grill and BT mic. I moved the mic closer the the driver side....

The Used roof came with the alarm motion sensor so it'll be easier to install an OEM alarm in the future. There was no wiring for it in my car though...

Old sunroof headliner....

Installing the Non Sunroof Panel in the car....

New Third Brake light cover...

New Headliner Installed....

Thanks Gerald....

Thanks Jonathan....

Thanks to Allan and Leo as well.

One issue we faced was the rear coat hooks wouldnt go back in. When I looked at the ETK it shows a different parts number for the coat hook brackets for non sunroof cars. So i have ordered PN's 51168223047 & 51168223048.

More installed pics to come tomorrow.
