The logic 7 system is absolute ****. In fact, I have the Logic 7 system completely turned off. You will know what I mean after a couple of days of listening to it. The soundstage literally makes the sound like it's coming out of the footwells. You can localize the speakers in the car which is something that you shouldn't be able to do. The 2 subwoofers are under the seat which gives you an idea of their size so they are weak and do not have a nice "Punch" to them. More like a small thump.... they are pretty accurate in that they are not sloppy but they are weak. Overall, imagine the Reus system in your old black turbo but much better because there is more room and more positions to place speakers in stock locations. The 996 SST system sounds great but it is severely limited by space and the locations in which speakers can be mounted.

High def just means that your head unit has the ability to process high def radio. Nothing more than sat quality so the speakers are not going to be that different. Anyways, even though the system is fiberoptic, that only refers to the connection between the amps and the head unit not the amps to the speakers. It's pretty easy to add amps to any stereo system even if it is fiberoptic. The difficulty lies with adding direct components like CD changers and direct interfacing Sat radio etc.

Listen to it.... then call Rick

I think Logic7 is one of the best stock systems out there, obviously not "high end", but that is what aftermarket is for!

Awsome shank, I hope you enjoy her!

No way, it's total garbage. Seriously, anything that muddies the high and mid end to artificially raise the soundstage is absolute garbage. I have all Logic 7 processing turned off on my car.

Well it definetly sounds better then 99% of what comes in cars, like the Bose system that GM, Mercedes and others use. It is not great, but it can sound decent depending on what you are listening to. I would go aftermarket if you want to enjoy pure and clean sound!

I agree. I think the Logic 7 system is one of the best Stock systems!! You really have to play with the equalizer etc to get the sound right, once you do, sounds GR8!!

Yep, I had it in my 2003 Range Rover. I think it sounded great, unfortunetly I didn't get it in my E60 525i. Hopefully I wil pickup another Range Rover soon, maybe a 2005 Westminister, or 2006 Supercharged and get it back.

I would say the Logic7 is comparible to the custom MBquart system I have in my Jeep.

I think those rims look just perfect on that car. And thank god they changed the tail lights on the newer models. Totally a night and day difference between the new and older models.

And yeah... Tiesto is the man. One of the best live performances I've been to ever.
