Any info about the new X5? pics? release date?

This fall, it's bigger. 3rd row seat available, no real pics afaik

The Audi Q7 seems to be a pretty tough competitor with all the new electronic gagets (eg: side mirror blind spot indicator, air suspension, rear view camera and hydraulic lower rear for easy loading, etc.). Hopefully the new X5 will have all those gagets as well.

Gadgets suck. No offense, I used to be into them as well. However, they malfunction, add weight, don't add any resale value, detract from the driving experience, etc...
There's a spy pic in the lastest Roundel magazine (BMW Car Club publication)

I never really see Audi s as a true BMW competitor, they are happy to split the difference between BMW sportiness and MB numbness....BMW is the entusiasts choice...just as the 750i sport handles better and is the drivers choice vs the A8 the M3 is to the S4/RS4, the 3 series vs the A4 and the 5 series vs the A6...I've driven them all and BMW offers the much much more sporting car........
