it looks better than i thought, but still seems a little plain looking, maybe with less camo it will seem better, but i just think it's hard to one up the e 46 M3.

It is just me or does it seem big?

Every generation the m3 gets bigger, and more luxurious. I guess it shows where BMW is focused. My m3 is getting old and I want something newer but the 996 gt3 looks like a better buy to me then the new m3 so far. I hope things change when the actual m3 comes out.

Side gills, more aggressive rear spoiler, bigger wheels and a drop and I quite like it.

ditto. the camo is hinding the mule well. m styling is very predicable -- deeper air dam, wider wheel arch, rear lower facia. anyone finding current 3 series acceptable in looks will have no problem w the m3. i am not a big fan nor do i hate it. it's never going to be a porsche even if performance is better w v8.
