2002 Vert Sale Value with some Mods?

I'm considering buying a 997 later this year or next Spring and selling the 'Vert and I'm wondering if I should sell with mods or sort it out? I've seen a lot on the forums sorting the car out but mine doesn't have anything major outside some suspension, wheels, exhaust, any some body parts (not in a hurry to sell).
I've researched Kelly Blue Book and I'm aware of their listing for private party, retail, and trade. On the other hand I've seen 2002 M3 convertibles nationwide on Autotrader range from $38,000 to $46,000. Many cars have a fair amount of mileage on them, others don't. Anyway, I'm curious about whether you can get more for it without sorting out the mods.
My car has:
2002 TiAG, 30K miles, 6MT, Leather, HK, Xenons, backup sensors, Hardtop, Wind Buffer, M3 Aluminum Pedals, Hoen Xenon Match Fogs, M3 Mats, M3 License Frame, Micro Antenna, Tein S Techs, Koni SA, Color Reflectors, Inspection I (recent), Bearing Recall Replacement/warranty extend., Blackout Grill & Gills, Blackout Corners, ACS CF Rear Spoiler, Eisenmann Race Exhaust DTM Tips, OEM 19" ZCP, Michelin PS2 245/275 (new-almost), OEM 18" & Blizzaks (1 season). I also have all the original parts to return to full stock.
So here's the question, with all things considered is low to mid $40 a good sale price?
The target car:

Unless you can find a buyer who values the mods -- like perhaps a member of bimmerforums etc they're 100% worthless and can even hurt resale. Many people do not want to buy a car that has been "messed with"
