honestly it just looks like a new 3 series to me. Anyways in Europe you can do whatever you want. Now if that was the 405, then it would be dumb. THis person was obviously not afraid of the Police.

I'd like to see the car flips into a semi with sound! Passing on shoulders with big rigs is just plain stupid. He needs a real sports car too and ditch the poseur ride (i.e. BMWs)
