Just Gave a Deposit for spot #1 on the new M3
you should call as xyz and talk to another salesman and confirm your story like say you wanted to get slot 1, what would you have to do.
like everyone said without a deposit and without paper showing that they will sell the 1st car to you, it's just bunch of bull. i got burned by this as well.
believe everyone, TRUST NO ONE.

looks fantastic.....but why a Plastic roof...just joking...excellent design. I'm sure the cfrp roof will give the car added strength and agility..
Cheers,

Just FYI Evan, Braman had 15 "official #1" spots when the E60 M5 came out.
Out of those only 3 took delivery haha.
I am #1 (whatever that means) on the list for the Challenger SRT at Naploeton Dodge. I am sure its BS.

Nice one. Remember no cashed desposit = no car. You need a contract signed by the sales manager that specfies price (IE MSRP), your allocation # and the money must change hands for it to be legal. They have to cash your check or process your credit card.
