The stock car puts out 240 at the crank, not the wheels.

.bg. has a spectacular aura about.bg. has a spectacular aura about.bg. has a spectacular aura about
75k miles.

If I remember right they are good for 205-215rwhp stock.
So 274rwhp is pretty signficant.
I will say that the cams with the stage 4 clutch/flywheel do make it pretty interesting around town.
It feels perfect while you are going hard, but you have to pay some decent attention the rest of the time.

Heres an interior shot-

Just bought an Alpine white/black M3 myself too...
however mine is a 4 door with 11K miles and is Turbocharged to the tune
of 430+ at the wheels....

Was about to buy an E 39 M5 for a DD and while browzing the net ( road fly ) i came across this car that was being advertised for sale by the original owner...trust me it wasn't cheap either but where in the world can you find an E 36 Sedan with 10K miles ( when i bought it ) with fully documented Activeautowerke Turbo build sheet....
Thought long and hard and decided to go with this car instead....The car is a blast to drive...
going to start a new thread...don't want to ruin yours...btw your car sounds fantastic too...these E 36 M3's are great cars....

nice m3. actually, these are exciting times for e36 m3 owners, as there are multiple tuners getting ridiculous amount of HP out of these cars...1000rwhp is achievable, and people are comparing the engine to the 2jz-gte.

there are loads of 500-600rwhp turbo m3's rollin around, check out the forced induction forums at bimmerforums.

lots of forced induction options: twin screw supercharger, centrifugal s/c (vortech and rotrex), turbo...

the best part is, you can pick up a used m3 for really cheap. great project cars...

I have a 98 four door as my daily and i can't find any reasons to replace it with anything else either. Good mods on your car. Great looking.
