In stock format it doesn't do much INMO, but as I have said before and martin commented, space grey, CSL's, lowered, a tinker here and there and I think it will be one hot lil' number. The problem is the car all hooked up like that you puts you in 997 price territory.

At least its a good opportunity for the BMW tuners out there. I think some more aggressive body pieces could go a long way on this car and we will see some not too far down the road.

if it was around the same price as the E46 M3 then it would be something worth while...

Aero, with the lukewarm reception and BMW stated they are ramping up production there may be deals to be made on these after a few months out in the public.
PS, 50+ more pics on bimmerpages.com as well.

Darren,

I agree with you. If BMW is smart, they will lower that ridiculous MSRP that they are thinking of putting on that thing.

dont forget...you can bet you *** bmw dealers are going to be not asking, but demanding 10-15K at least over msrp for the first batch of m3s coming in. 80-90K for a f*cking 3 series,, go kill yourself BMW! ill pick up a 996TT for 60-70K or 996 GT3 for 70+K or a cayman s and supercharge it, or an rs4, before i ever even thought of blowing almost 100K on a 3 series.
