Lowered with Champion/H&R Springs, PICS
So you did just the springs?
Looks great - what did they actually lower the car 1 in around?
I am looking to do the same with my '00 Box but was told that I shouldn't install springs without the corresponding shocks as the result would adversely lter the handling characteristics. however, the more I read, the more I see people are just going with springs with better results than stock.
Would love to get an update as the settle further.

why didn't you change the entire suspension instead of just the springs? you've got a great handling car right from the factory. personally i think lowering springs make the car ride funny after a while and get very squirrelly when really pushing it. i do like your ride height though.

1) the kw v3s I was looking for were back-ordered, and I got frustrated waiting and picked these up on a whim.
But the big reason is the day before, I completed my order for a 997tt.
The big decision is going to be once the tt arrives, how I will purpose the two.
do I
1) use the cayman for daily driving duties and setup the turbo for weekend drives and occasional track days
or
2) use the turbo as a daily driver and fully commit the cayman as a track car.
So once the new car is in, I feel like I will get a better idea and then know which car to mod for which purpose.
(saw your new wing in another thread, looks great)
I'm sure springs in a car vary in feel and performance, as with my past BMWs, springs on oem shocks created that pogo stick feel which I hated.
Truth be told, the car feels good enough for me not to worry.

That looks really good! Great job! I think its sitting perfect. Some cars look really good super low, the Cayman is not one of those cars. You have it sitting perfect! Have you noticed any rubbing in the rear when you hit dips at higher speeds?
