Who is to blame?
I couldnt feel worse for the families involved...what a terrible incident. But, something has to be done about all the bull****. I am so sick of all the do-gooders. Oh, it was Porsche's fault, it was their fault, it was his fault, it was the tracks fault. Unfortunately, accidents happen, and instead of the Keaton family getting to grieve they had to put up with some stuffy *** lawyer claming he bought a defect designed car from Porsche and didn't know how to drive.
Controlit already asked everyone NOT to discuss this issue out of respect to Ben Keaton and his family.

Are we afraid we might learn something? I think Mr. Keaton would probably understand that his family is not the only one suffering. I think he would understand that there are a lot reasons people file lawsuits and in the end as much as we do not want to be accountable for our actions, we can at least be men about it and say mistakes were made and we should take something from this loss other than self serving grief.
From what I read, the discomfort centered around the issue of a picture that was disturbing and I agree with that. But as someone else wrote there are too many safety issues that should be discussed and we can learn from. His untimely and unfortunate death could serve a positive purpose if other lives are saved. Families and friends often find comfort in that fact. I never would have thought of purchasing a HANS device but after some of the discussion I will now seriously consider it.
