they are NEEZ wheels....not cheap... kinda surprized it took this long to pop up on here...these pics are almost a year old

yes it is a matte finish

I like the wheels, but that's about it. The mirrors and duct work behind the windows looks a little cheesy. Not loving the matte finish either. The leather straps just look plain stupid.

what purpose does the straps serve.. hood pins?...and the matte silver finish looks so nice...but must be a PITA to keep in excellent condition
