Not my cup of tea...but the GT3/Cayman conversion looks sick.

What he was saying is the 986 Boxster came out in 97 and the 996 came out in 99.

I did my conversion back in 2000. First with a Turbo bumper, Carrera bumper for track, GT2 bumper, GT3, and finally now with the Techart.

Never liked the stock lights...so to me this conversion was a must.

sorry for digging up an ancient thread, but ive been toying with buying a cheap boxster to run around in for DD, but just cant get past the headlights.

however upgrading them to MKII makes the car look awesome. what is involved, is it as easy as bumper, lights and some brackets/wiring? or do the wings need to be changed also?

I looked into this - but it's not cheap. I was quoted around £1500-£2000 dependant on parts availability - lights, wings, fender supports, wiring looms etc. etc.
