^ I sold Madden on eBay for a tick over $47 with shipping last week. Also last week I happened to be in Wal-Mart returning a game I got for Christmas and saw it on the shelf for $29.92....

As they say, sometimes things are worth what someone is willing to pay for them. There's also a price people pay for convenience. In this case, the guy probably didn't want to have to go to a dealer for whatever reason.
