Thanks for the data, but.....
if 296 RWHP equates to 350 HP then your tranny is losing... 15 and a half or so percent... Thats not near the 11 percent I have heard for most caymans, which would put you at more like what 333... As for the pulley, I heard Ernie only got about 4-5 HP out of it. Not the 12 you were originally adding. I don't mean to push any buttons, but 60 HP in a N/A car with Stock internals is pretty hard to do.... hence my questions...

The drive train loss is 12% or 1.12 on a wheel dyno and most of the loss is from the tire interaction to the rollers. Direct drive line dyno's or engine dyno's are more accurate for HP and Torque and either eliminate the tires or drive line completely.

trap speeds are a very good indicator of HP. if you really think you are making that kind of power take it to the strip. stock 997s trap around 114, 996 GT3 a little more. considering the highest trap i've ever seen for a CS is Kman-S car at 111 (similar mods to yours) i don't think you make as much power as you think. not flaming you, just being realistic. trying to extrapolate FWHP is from WHP is theory at best. it seems to be in vogue at the cayman club (i see it in a lot of signatures) but i chalk that up to ignorance. you never see anybody talking flywheel HP on modded cars on forums (evo, sti, corvette, mustang, f-body)where there is a large knowlegebase of tuning, built motors, dragracing...

the amount you mod it really shouldn't make a difference
