suspension question

I had a H&R coilover system that I bought for my 986 boxster but sold the car before I could install it. I recently bought a 987S and am wondering if the kit will work or did Porsche change things on the new model?
thanks, John

They say it is a different part number so I would guess NO. How does the quality look on the H&R's? I have been looking at them among many others.

easyc is infamous around these parts
They won't fit... but you can sell them

JP... really looking at the HRs? they don't have adjustable dampening do they?

IMHO for us Boxster guys there are three main choices... PSS9's ($1900), JIC (2700ish), and then the Moton CS route (5000+)... of course you can always go HR, KW, Leda customs, and others... but Id say you have really three levels and at those levels... those first three are the best bets... FWIW I love my PSS9's but Im going to with some stiffer springs at some point... I can't decide If I am going to try the JIC or not... if I get a Boxster 2.5 to build up as a spec car in a few years then I will trade over my PSS9s to that and get some JIC for my BOXSTER GT!!!!!!!!!!!!

What size wheels are you running with your PSS9's??
If they are 19's how is the ride?

18s on the street 17s on the track... my seats are floor mounted and I have a semi solid motor mount... I really don't think about the ride quality... haha... but when I first put the coils on and had the stock seats... on the softer settings it felt like stock...

I run PSS9's with H&R sways on 19" wheels and the right is comfortable. Harder than stock but a good daily driver. Running at 6 on the dial so it's mid range for comfort.
